Master project in single-cell genomic analysis

                                          Description:

We are looking for master students who are interested using computational single-cell genomic analyses to study checkpoints of brain diseases. Master projects can be extended to fully funded PhD studentships in the Systems Neuroscience–Cell Diversity group (https://www.isd-research.de/gokce-lab) at the Institute for Stroke and Dementia Research (ISD), Munich (www.isd-research.de).

Our lab is located at the brand new and fully equipped ISD building in the biomedical science campus and is a member of both the DFG-funded Collaborative Research Center (SFB-TRR 274) titled “Checkpoints of Central Nervous System Recovery” and also the “SyNergy” Cluster of Excellence.
